Here's a lovely prayer I found that could be said every morning:

Słońce Gromowe, Palący Boże! Modlimy się:
Sława Tobie - Dawco Życia!
Sława Rodzimym Bogom,
Sława Niebu! naszej tarczy,
Sława Matko Ziemio! Sława Tobie!
Z Ciebie wyrastamy i do Ciebie
wracamy w wiecznym krążeniu
ciała i ducha.
Sława Swaroże - Mocarny Boże!
Sława Dadźbogowi,
Perunowi i Trygłowowi!

I see Your hand in all things in this world.

Your eagle as it soars above watches over me,
guiding me in this life.

The roots of Your great oak extend, grounding me,
granting me strength.

I see the flash of Your lightning,
Your axe, as it strikes the ground from the Heavens sparks,
illuminating all.

Your voice, as it cracks across the sky,
Like a stern father, comforts me.
I do not fear Your thunder, O Perun.
You are the One fills me with awe and respect, O Great God,
I smile knowing You are there.
If I am impious, strike me dead, Great Grandfather.

All seeing, all knowing, ever-present, God.
You, I will always praise.

Sława! Sława! Sława Perunowi!

First in a list of Daily Prayers to Perun I am writing.

-----

You are the voice in the trees
My constant guide
We have walked together hand in hand.

King of the hardy Oak
Dweller in the highest of mountains
Lord of Thunder
Thrower of Lightning
You are Great, O God!

It is in our nature as mortals to die
We shrivel and die as leaves on a tree
in a single season
compared to you,
Deathless One.

My ancestors honoured You.
My ancestors served You.
They are dead, but You live on, Perun.
And because I yet live,
I shall love and honour You to the day I die,
for it is right for mortals to love the Gods.
I strive to do my best for You,
eternal, deathless, almighty, Perun.

A life spent in service to You is never wasted.
What else can I do but serve One who is
Everything, and Who fills my heart with joy!
I shall die happy one day
knowing that everything I do
it is in service to You.
For Your Will is all that matters.

Feeling blessed today, but also nervous. First day of my social media and vice fast for „pagan Lent”, and Swaróg came to me in a dream last night/this morning. He wants a prayer card, Him first, but also the others should have cards as well. I will make sure this happens for Them. Will update soon.

Ryszard Danecki was composed a beautiful hymn to the great God, „Hymn do Swaroga”. Here it is.

Pokłon, pokłon dla Swaroga,
Najświętszego Słońca – Boga,

I dla syna, Swarożyca,
Co się wcielił w kształt księżyca!

Ciebie chwali ranek cichy,
Dęby, brzozy, sosny, cisy,

Ryba w rzekach i miód stary
Dajże mir nam, oddal swary

Niech brat bratu mówi bracie,
Daj miód złoty naszym braciom

Niech brat bratu bracie rzecze
Daj ryb mnogość naszej rzece

Niech brat bratu bracie woła
Daj sił dużo naszym wołom

Niech brat bratu bracie głosi
Daj najcięższe polom kłosy

Kto zaś wytknie Ciebie palcem
Niechaj zginie w pierwszej walce

Kto się Ciebie chciałby wyrzec
Zgubi tego wołchw i żyrzec

Wróż sędziwy, wróż i kapłan
Który tę przysięgę składa:

Strzec prastarej wiary będę
Kłaść ofiary pod Twym dębem

W gaju świętym Wierzenicy
Wiery oćców nic nie zniszczy

This is the Circle of Presence adapted from John Michael Greer's "A Lesser Ritual of the Pentagram for Polytheists" which I have found indispensable. All credit for this goes to him.

Stand facing East. Raise your hands from your sides in an arc until your palms join above your head, fingers pointing up. Draw your joined hands down to your forehead, visualizing light descending from infinite space to a point above your head, and say, "In the name of..."

Draw your joined hands down to your heart, visualize a ray of light descending from above your head to the center of the earth, and vibrate the name (PERUN).

Now separate your hands, and touch your right shoulder with the fingertips of your left hand and your left shoulder with the fingertips of your right hand, the hands crossing at the wrist. Say:"...my patron God… PERUN"

Now raise the elbows straight up and bring your hands up, out, and down in a circular motion, bringing them back together palm to palm in front of your lower abdomen or groin (depending on your body's proportions). Visualize your fingertips tracing a circle of light. As you do this say: "..I place myself within the circle of His presence..."

Now bring the joined hands up to your heart again, fingertips pointing upwards. Visualize the shaft of light descending from infinite space to the center of the earth, the circle of light you drew with your hands, and your heart shining like a sun. Say: "...and protection."

-----

I have had very good results with this so far.

Note I have not included the pentagram banishing ritual itself here since I use it with Greek Gods, but do check out Greer's original post.

This is a lovely song by Lelek called Perun, and I think (adapted slightly) it makes a quite lovely prayer as well!

Burze - chrypią a trąbią

w rogi kręcone chmur.

Wieje chojarów chorągwią

zły rosochaty bór...

Niebo w świetlistej łunie,

tętent jakowyś w górze.

To ty jedziesz, Perunie?

Ty to śmigasz na chmurze?

Niebo w świetlistej łunie,

tętent jakowyś w górze.

To ty jedziesz, Perunie?

Ty to śmigasz na chmurze?

Błyski pociskasz przodem,

drogi na przełaj wiadome,

cztery wiatry, cztery źrebce młode,

smagasz czerwonym gromem.

Niebo w świetlistej łunie,

tętent jakowyś w górze.

To ty jedziesz, Perunie?

Ty to śmigasz na chmurze?

Niebo w świetlistej łunie,

tętent jakowyś w górze.

To ty jedziesz, Perunie?

Ty to śmigasz na chmurze?
